Fluoride In Toothpaste, An Oral Health Hazard?

We are aware that fluoride prevents cavities with calcium in the teeth and it also kills bacteria in the mouth. And that it prevents gum diseases such as gingivitis, bleeding gums and receding gums. Thats why most toothpaste contains fluoride. But did you know that too much fluoride is also dangerous? Studies shows that fluoride damages the brain, directly and indirectly and also it affects the thyroid glands and causes hypothyroidism. And studies also shows that high content of fluoride in drinking water is also associated with early infant mortality and birth defects.

Fluoride prevents cavities as it prevents human enzymes. Our body does not require fluoride and there are no known components of fluoride in the human body. So try to avoid fluoride, use dental products made from natural ingredients.
